phyllis was a very loving but stern lady,who kept her family very close to her. she always told it as it was,and was greatly respected for that. she was a very loving mother and a doting grandmother.(although she would have killed me for calling her grandmother) she was always our nan. phyllis was completley devoted to her husband Jack and was lost without him,her broken heart caused her health to suffer,due to which they re-united. she is sadly missed by all her family and friends. R.I.P nan
